Yes I made it. Beans were refried in butter with chicken better than bullion. Meat is chuck simmered in beef better than bullion with some extra beef gelatin and msg added. Rice is chicken broth and el pato.

Looks tasty, would eat. Reminds me of my favourite meal in a diner I frequented when I was spending a month in Lisbon.
For me it was potato hash today:
>sliced jack&pepper sausages fried in a pan
>green onions and bell peppers
>boiled small potatoes
>feta
>paprika and garlic powder, salt, black pepper

That's an aesthetic combination of colors. I wish there were more black foods.

This is my din din. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

My din din is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.

Without me, my din din is useless. Without my din din, I am useless. I must eat my din din true. I must gob it down straighter than my enemy who is trying to gob down his. I must gob mine before he gobs his. I will ...

My din din and I know that what counts at din din time is not the appetizers were eat, the noise of our bowel, nor the flatulence we make. We know that it is the calories that count. We will count ...

My din din is human, even as I [am human], because it is my life. Thus, I will learn it as a brother. I will learn its weaknesses, its strength, its parts, its accessories, its sights and its sauces. I will keep my din din clean and ready, even as I am clean and ready. We will become part of each other. We will ...

Before God, I swear this creed. My din din and I are the attackers of my hunger. We are the masters of our kitchen. We are the saviors of my life.

So be it, until satiation is mine's and there is no enemy, but sneed oil!

I like big chunks of feta, but I hear you. It was just for me and my girl so there was no need to be too fancy about it.

OP, looks satisfying, hitting all the notes (needs sour cream or crema, side of lime squeeze, and some crunch)
I see a theme in what I think is your 2nd great post sharing your dindins. I got a couple things to add to your pantry along with your better than bouillon.

dried chorizo links, or crumbles
festival flavor Rotel tomatoes n green chili
Herdez chili paste tubes, ancho/pasilla, or whole
yellow rice mixes
Sazon goya, or badia spice blends
Guerrero or Banderita tostada stacks
frozen veggies bags to enhace rice
jarred pimentos
canned ranchera, green salsas
