as for fine dining for whatever reason everyone has a boner for french cuisine because the names sound fancy even if the people ordering them can't even spell the names right and half of the people order it just to look posh
only reason to study cooking in french is to have a fancy foreign country on your resume for circle jerking, the food itself isn't even that tasty and it tends to be all for show
