I bought one of these big ass jugs of ketchup last time I was at Costco.

It would normally take me about 4 years to use this much ketchup, but because it takes up so much space in the fridge, and I'm worried about contamination (every time you open the lid its exposed to germs in the air), i've been going HAM with ketchup.

you could portion it into smaller containers. but i wouldn't worry about it too much because it contains so much salt/vinegar/sugar which all act as preservatives. and even the tomato paste itself is pretty acidic and doesn't spoil easily.

Where I live, every single place that isn't a Proper Restaurant is 100% indian owned and indian staffed. I stopped getting any kind of fast food years ago on account of this, because indians are dumb enough to never ever get a single order right, while simultaneously forcing you to fight a fucking cage match every single time they fuck something up (which is every time, btw,) before they'll make it right.

Yeah the pajeet apocalypse has been awful for food quality. The local Church's chicken is now owned and staffed by indians since a couple of years ago and the quality and service is surprisingly worse than when it was black and hispanic staff. Fortunately we still have Lisa's chicken here which is ran by SEA staff and they actually make good chicken and don't act like entitled children when taking your order.

The thing that makes me most nuts is how they just treat it like some fucking baghdad bazaar. They already have your money, the transaction is already over, they already got one over on you, so now you can go fuck yourself.
What tipped me over the edge was I went to DQ, ordered a meal for me and my kids. They hand it to me in a huge bag, because it's a large order, and I didn't check it right away. (my mistake.)
I take it home, it's missing like an entire kid's worth of the order, so I call them. They tell me to come back, and they'll give me the missing items. I arrive, they tell me to go fuck myself because I didn't bring the food. I go fucking home and bring back the food, (while telling my kids, sorry, hey, I have to take your fucking food away) they tell me to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. I do so, the manager tells me I should have brought it up at the time, and therefore he can't do anything for me.

Man that's fucked. Why they didn't have a manger there to begin with is bizarre but they seem to operate on the principle that they can do no wrong. The few times i got a wrong order i did bring the food and the dudes just told me i didn't have to, here's what you ordered, you can keep the wrong order because it's our mistake. Having to take your kids food away because some fast food worker threw a fit is just awful.
