Do you drink milk, /ck/?
Adults should drink a glass of milk every day. It's one of the most complete and convenient sources of quality nutrition.
>>21450533 (OP)I drank half a litre yesterday for no reason. I guess I drink a glass a week usually, just leftovers
>>21450533 (OP)yeh. i love it. i love massive tits as well. I probably wasn't weened properly as a child.
I used to drink milk
Still eating cheese and yoghurt tho
>gives you iron deficiency
nothing personnel
>>21450533 (OP)i want to reduce fat % so i probably shouldn't drink milk
Il Duce was a fan of milk.
>>21450607meat is muscles for animals to move and roots are for plants to store energy and seeds are to grow into new plants so the only thing you can eat is fruit
I read that Milk being good for you was a psyop from dairy when I was like 14, so while I kept eating cereal and milk everyday for a few more years I stopped caring if I skipped out.
How good is milk for you actually?
You guys know about witches milk right? You can lick the dfc straight from the source of the newborn.
>>21450533 (OP)my handle on adult friend finder was Milkman_1488 for like ten years already
>>21450661Shouldn't have eaten shitty fatty foods like pasta, potatoes, bread and rice.
>>21450631it's pretty good for you. some people do well on it and some people don't seem to really need it at all so it's not completely necessary for everyone, but it's not devoid of nutrition like some people try to portray it as.
>>21450533 (OP)I drink male milk actually
>>21450533 (OP)No. Milk is an ingredient, not a beverage.
I only use it for cooking.
When I drink it I get that phlegm thing. You know what I mean.
>>21450661You were supposed to exercise, you fat fuck.
>>21450533 (OP)Luv' milk but it goes bad way too fucking fast. If you aren't gulping down your milk like a baby cow it goes to waste.
>>21450715>You know what I meanI do not. You may have an allergy or something, idfk
>>21450675None of those are fatty, fatty.
>>21450715>phlegmI'm not ESL so I don't know what you mean
>>21450715I don't really get that as much anymore since I started warming it up a bit first. Drinking cold milk feels unpleasant to me now. It doesn't have to be warm but at least a little closer to body temp. I think the fat and protein cause some buildup when it's too cold.
>>21451040It's easy to take it from them
>>21450533 (OP)of course I do. only freaks and defectives don't drink milk
>>21450533 (OP)Nah I lost my white card in my 30's (lactose tolerance gone) (it's over)
>>21450631You think nature would be designed in such a way that mammals give their babies something that's bad for them? How does that make sense??
>>21450631Milk is a complete food for whatever animal it's made for, and damn near a complete food for any mammal. Cow's milk in particular contains everything a human needs but vitamin C, so any lactose tolerant person could theoretically thrive on a diet of nothing but milk and citrus fruit.
tldr milk is the only legit superfood
>>21451506Lactose intolerant "people" get jealous and spread anti-milk propaganda
>>21451341one of my worst fears desu. I'm 31 and like half of my calories come from milk.
>>21450533 (OP)Luv me milk, simple as
I drink some with 2 scoops of protein powder these days, around 500 calories per
I weigh like 150lb at 5'11", it gives me extra calories when I don't feel like eating
>>21451660>Cow's milk in particular contains everything a human needs but vitamin Cit lacks iron, copper, it's a bit low in b3, not much omega 3/6. some people might need more carbs. it's still very nutritious and i drink a lot of it but it's not really made for long-term consumption as the only thing, animals typically only consume it for a short while as they're growing but they need to start eating other foods to not become malnourished.
a lot of pastoralist cultures would mix milk and blood because it would provide iron and some copper.
>>21451738also raw milk actually does have some vitamin C. it's not a huge amount but it's enough to prevent scurvy especially if you drink a good amount of it each day. pasteurized milk has none though.
Milk BTFO: Kefirโs Based Benefits Will Leave You ShookโKefir Is the Gigachad of Dairy (Fermentation Makes Milk Cry in the Corner)
>Probiotics: Kefir contains diverse live bacteria and yeasts, supporting gut health; milk lacks probiotics.
>Digestibility: Fermentation reduces lactose, making kefir easier to digest for lactose-intolerant individuals.
>Nutrient Bioavailability: Enhances absorption of calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins (e.g., B12, folate).
>Bioactive Compounds: Produces peptides and kefiran with potential antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects.
>Reduced Allergens: Partially broken-down proteins may lower allergenic potential.
>Tangy Flavor: Fermentation creates a unique, effervescent taste, unlike milkโs neutral flavor.
>Immune Support: Probiotics and bioactive compounds may strengthen immunity, unlike plain milk.
>Blood Sugar Regulation: Fermentation may lower glycemic impact, potentially aiding blood sugar control.
>Cholesterol Management: Some studies suggest kefir may reduce LDL cholesterol, an effect not seen with milk.
>Anticarcinogenic Potential: Kefirโs bioactive compounds may inhibit cancer cell growth, based on preliminary research.
>>21451746>Digestibility: Fermentation reduces lactose, making kefir easier to digest for lactose-intolerant individuals.>Reduced Allergens: Partially broken-down proteins may lower allergenic potential.not my problem
>Blood Sugar Regulation: Fermentation may lower glycemic impact, potentially aiding blood sugar control.milk is already low glycemic
i like soured dairy products but not as a complete replacement
I'm white, of course I drink milk.
>>21450731Thatโs why you just gulp it down like a baby cow.
Or just eat cereal, that uses a lot of milk.
>>21450631It's basically filled with everything you need but for me it's too much sugar to really go nuts, it's nearly as sugary as coke
>>21451341It can come back if you ever were genetically inclined to digest milk. I thought I was lactose intolerant when I first got "back into" drinking milk (and my brother has the "unrelated" casein allergy) but at one point I got to drinking 2-3 L daily with no problems (other than "paler" shits)
>>21450533 (OP)At least 8 oz/day, almost always more
>>21453394>it's nearly as sugary as cokeNo it isn't. Milk has less than half the sugar of Coke. Lactose also doesn't spike your blood sugar as much as cane sugar or corn syrup. Unless you're diabetic then you don't really have to worry about the sugar in milk. Sugar in whole foods is generally fine.
>>21450533 (OP)>AdultNO YOU DUMB FUCKING MANCHILD. Milk is literally for babies. LITERALLY. You shouldn't depend on milk for nutrients after you are 2 years old and older. Nomads drink milk because THEY HAVE NO FUCKING WATER. You live in the developed world with clean potable water and varied food. Use milk in making sauces, baking, deserts but you DON'T NEED TO DRINK MILK daily. Literally grow up.
>>21450569I recently learned of this when my iron levels were 15 under 70
>>21453904I drink a fuck ton of milk and I take an 18 mg iron gummy like 3 times a week just to hopefully avoid anemia. I'm really not sure how much you actually need to take.
>>21453899>Milk is literally for babies. LITERALLY.people maintaining lactase persistence into adulthood and this happening more in places where dairy was historically produced more LITERALLY means this isn't true
>>21453911From the research I did it prevents any iron from absorbing into your body, so the gummies won't help if you're drinking milk
>>21453911that's a little over twice the RDA if you're a man. it should be plenty unless it's a poorly absorbed form of iron. iron bisglycinate with vitamin C is supposed to be the best other than heme iron.
it's the RDA for women and if you're a woman you should probably be supplementing iron more than that anyway. a lot of women have undiagnosed iron deficiency.
>>21453922it mostly matters if it's consumed at the same time. drinking milk and then having something with iron 8 hours later won't completely stop you from absorbing it. plants have things that inhibit iron absorption too.
>>21453922I take them when I wake up in the morning and not within hours or any other food intake
>>21450533 (OP)Every day. Copious amounts. Never broken a bone in my life.
>>21453394>milk has too much sugarWtf are you drinking? That's not milk.
>>21453899Seething nonwhite โpersonโ detected.
>>21451506Yeah. Humans drinking the milk of cows is definitely what nature intended
>>21450533 (OP)Why not eat an egg instead. A egg is a literal miracle food that sustains development and life, milk is bulking food to fatten up babies
>>21450736What does this mean?
Are you implying phlegm isn't a word and that if you use it your not a native English speaker?
It's literally an English word. Did you not know it was a word?.....we really do live in a fucking clown world run by illiterate pedophiles.
What does this post mean?
>>21450715Don't let these illiterate dipshits gaslight you. Milk causes phlegm, their mouths are just so full of cum the consistency never changes.
>>21450533 (OP)I do drink my unsweetened soy milk everyday yes
It coming with no rape and killing on the side is a nice bonus too
>>21450631Only faggots says that, human had survived for thousand years by drinking animal milk. But well of course honestly for human you should drink human milk for the best
I put two cartons of milk in my freezer on the 5th of May.
Yesterday, I decided to check what it's like but even after a whole day in the refrigerator, it's still not defrosted. How do I get the ice melted faster? Would you drink it? It was ultraviolent milk that expired on the 4th of May.
>>21454502how much plant estrogen vs injected estrogen?
>>21454541There's nothing wrong with estrogen either way, makes you look younger, hollywood stars inject estrogen too
>>21450569I'm eating plenty of meat so it should be fiiiine
>>21454179It has about 5g of sugar per 100mL (some milk I've seen is lower at about 3.9, I've seen as high as 5.2) which is about as sugary as many sodas (in fact my favourite is about 4.5g per 100mL; though milk is filled with actual nutrition so I'd still rather have the milk from that point of view)
>>21453454I think American coke is much more sugary (from what I can see it's about 11g per 100mL)
>>21454783if you're in europe then they replace some of the sugar with artificial sweeteners there typically
>>21454809That's only relatively recently because of gay sugar taxes, but even before that the content of a sugary drink is about 6g per 100mL
A cold glass of milk just tastes fantastic. I couldn't imagine having something like a peanut butter sandwich without a glass of milk on the side.
>>21455100>A cold glass of milk just tastes fantastic. What if it makes you farted?
>>21455275then you are genetically inferior and should cry yourself to sleep every night
>>21450533 (OP)I conquered my lactose intolerance by eating lots of cheese and drinking a couple glasses of milk a day, and also eating some ice cream here and there
>>21455280But I am not genetically lactose intollerant, I had milk all the time as a kid and with Nesquik cereals too every breakfast
I consume a lot of dairy because it's easy protein and have clear skin and no bloating. It's fucked up to drink protein powder with water
I used to drink a cafe au lait for breakfast every day, now I drink plain milk with honey.
>>21450533 (OP)I love a cold glass of milk with an added espresso in it.
>>21450533 (OP)Milk is my main drink at home. I go through 1-2 gallons a week.
>>21455589And how did you feel during that?
I only drink fiar life milk, the red bottle.
>>21457372too watery for me
milk should have at least a little bit of that thickness to it
>>21450533 (OP)No i dont drink milk because its meh at best. Cheese, yogurt and other dairy are far superior in taste.
My primary drink is water. Thats 98% of what i drink, the rest is coffee, tea and alcohol.
>>21450533 (OP)I DRINK TWO PER DAY MUAHAHAHAHA
