Pepperoni. This is proven by the fact that when you go to a party or some buffet and they have a bunch of pizzas with different toppings, the pepperoni is always the one that runs out first, because it’s the best.

My grocery sells dough balls in the deli, so I do make pizza at home occasionally, and it's a last minute thing.
I want red onion, slices of mushrooms, slices of campari tomato, and optionally clumps of ricotta or fresh mozz, whole leaves of basil from the patio plant. If I have them, I like jarred goat cheese stuffed cherry peppers...halved to get all oozy.

If I'm making calzones at home, it's sauteing baby spinach with slices of garlic, and folding that inside with the ricotta and provolone.

Pic is amazing mexican pizza, which I never make at home. I keep it down to 1-2 toppings usually.
