how does ocksie compare to codeine? I had a sour wisdom tooth once that caused a brain infection and the dentist couldn't extract the tooth right away, so he gave me antibiotics and fort knox-tier codeine and I only took 3 doses over 4 days but it completely erased those 4 days from my life

Glory, glory to Tulsi Mata, O Mother, glory to Tulsi Mata.
Giver of happiness to the entire world, the blessed Mother of all. Above all yogas, above all diseases.
Protecting from impurities, you are the savior of all existence. Daughter of the sage, dark-hued, a sacred creeper of the village.
Beloved of Vishnu, those who serve you are liberated. Adorning the head of Hari, revered across the three worlds.
Savior of the fallen, you are renowned. Born in the wilderness, you arrived in divine abodes.
Through you, the human world attains happiness and prosperity. Most dear to Hari, dark-hued and delicate.
His love for you is wondrous, what a divine bond you share. Your leaves offered to Vishnuโ€™s feet bring eternal merit.
All desires are fulfilled, O Mother, by your grace. In every home, you are worshipped with devotion and love.
Your presence purifies, granting peace and divine favor. O Mother Tulsi, embodiment of purity and devotion.
Accept this Aarti, and bestow your blessings upon us.

Yeah ginger helps digestion and clearing out your intestines. Which in traditional medicine is the root cause for many disease (slow motility).
In SE Asia we drink Tolak Angin, which literally means Push Wind. It helps to expel the evil stinky wind from our bowels. It's primary ingredients are two types of ginger.
Their advertising slogan is:
"Smart people drink Tolak Angin"

Essential oils obtained from herbs tend to be carcinogenic and genotoxic. In particular, the EU's Scientific Committee on Food acknowledges that no amount of estragole (the flavoring in basil, anise, tarragon, etc.) can be considered safe for consumption.

Vinegars trick the body into treating all carbs as if they were alcohol. This causes fatty liver disease while tricking users into believing they treating high blood sugar or whatever ailment.

Coconut causes cardiovascular disease.

Actually anon I'm quite interesting and frankly I'm a good story teller too. I've lived an interesting life with lots of travels, lived in different cities and c'untries, and have overcome myriad trials and tribulations. My only medication stories are the wisdom tooth and an appendicitis. I don't take any drugs recreationally and never have.

Turmeric reduce bloating, especially menstrual bloating, but don't overdo it as that can damage liver -- but that has been linked to someone taking a lot of turmeric pills, possibly with black pepper.

Liver Injury Associated with Turmeric-A Growing Problem: Ten Cases from the Drug-Induced Liver Injury Network [DILIN]
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36252717/
> Results: Ten cases of turmeric-associated liver injury were found, all enrolled since 2011, and 6 since 2017. Of the 10 cases, 8 were women, 9 were White, and median age was 56 years (range 35-71). Liver injury was hepatocellular in 9 patients and mixed in 1. Liver biopsies in 4 patients showed acute hepatitis or mixed cholestatic-hepatic injury with eosinophils. Five patients were hospitalized, and 1 patient died of acute liver failure. Chemical analysis confirmed the presence of turmeric in all 7 products tested; 3 also contained piperine (black pepper). HLA typing demonstrated that 7 patients carried HLA-B*35:01, 2 of whom were homozygous, yielding an allele frequency of 0.450 compared with population controls of 0.056-0.069.
>Conclusion: Liver injury due to turmeric appears to be increasing in the United States, perhaps reflecting usage patterns or increased combination with black pepper. Turmeric causes potentially severe liver injury that is typically hepatocellular, with a latency of 1 to 4 months and strong linkage to HLA-B*35:01.

I think it's better to flavour food with a little turmeric rather than swallow pills I have beef flavoured with turmeric, onion powder, and cumin.
