Is this true? Is it manchild behaviour to expect some sort of competence for something you paid money for ?

If you can't express your discontent with substandard fast standard fast food without becoming enraged, then yeah you're acting like a child.

It's okay to become enraged if they fail to make it good after bringing it up to them in a socially-acceptable manner.

I can't trust anyone who treats vocalizing disappointment as if it were rage.

If it's once in a while, sure. As soon as the brown tide conquered every single local fast food place here, it seemingly became impossible overnight to get even one single order right. Simultaneously, the same businesses started making you fight a cage match to replace/refund anything any time they fucked up.

This depends on where the fuck-up occurred. Not all fast food is identical. For example, at subway you are literally hand holding the "artist" through the whole order. Fucking it up here is basically inexcusable, only something like a medical condition (stroke, heart attack) excuses being unable to follow direct consumer guidance. If an employee looks you in the eye and scoops tuna salad instead of meatballs onto your sub despite you telling them meatballs repeatedly, that is a legit cause for anger. This would mirror at places like Chipotle and other assemble your food places.

Now if its counter orders, fucking up is ok if shit is busy, things get mixed up. But slow? Nah senpai, you should be competent enough to have this down.

I only get pissed off if I start getting attitude. I'm all smiles and perfectly polite when I tell them a mistake has been made and I always have my receipt ready. If I get any attitude, then I start cussing people out and sometimes fist fighting fry cooks.

If the illegals are going to damage ice cars, I am going to continue to do the same to their shitboxes.

Myself I only get mad if something expensive I paid for is missing, something I don't eat is put on my food (although this is only really a problem at breakfast), or the place consistently gets my order wrong. Also not every error is a negative one, on several occasions I've received extra fries, nuggets, etc which I definitely didn't order.

if i pay 20 bucks (+tip +gratuity +waitress fee +booth seat fee +autism surcharge) then i expect my food to be prepared the way i ordered, or else im going to whip the plate (in the last instance when this happened to me, a skillet) into the biggest window i see and i will also rearrange the furniture, free of charge ;-)

>I would like a cheese burger onion only
>Get served cheese burger slobbered in mustard, ketchup and pickles.
>My orders wrong sir
>Sorry heres your order
>Cheese burger plain no onions.
Culling of retarded people should be addressed.
