Fucking it up here is basically inexcusable, only something like a medical condition (stroke, heart attack) excuses being unable to follow direct consumer guidance. If an employee looks you in the eye and scoops tuna salad instead of meatballs onto your sub despite you telling them meatballs repeatedly, that is a legit cause for anger. This would mirror at places like Chipotle and other assemble your food places.
Now if its counter orders, fucking up is ok if shit is busy, things get mixed up. But slow? Nah senpai, you should be competent enough to have this down.
