Ok guys, I have some lamb Tongues but have no idea what to do with them and I have minimal effort to give. What's your recipe?

never made it, but just buy one those of those jarred or packaged Indian cooking bases (buy in international food aisle), then put in a crock pot for 4 hours on high, serve with rice. It works for other parts of lamb so tongue should be fine. Or buy korean Galbi sauce, cut them thin, marinade it briefly, then grill or pan sear.
