Pepperjack cheese slices on both sides of the patty, special sauce, hot sauce (I prefer Tapatios), pickled jalapenos, slices of bacon, shredded lettuce, onions.

Also, I use a pretzel bun, and my patty mixture is 2:1 beef-pork with a secret spice seasoning, smashed patties cooked well.
