whenever a recipe says to dice, grate, finely chop, grind, etc. just toss that shit into a blender/food processor for a few seconds

apparently in european cuisine if you put raw onion on raw ground beef it's a gourmet delicacy

apparently in american cuisine if you put bland, flavorless beef in a sandwich roll, along with plastic 'cheese', ketchup, Lawrys, onions, pickles it's a gourmet delicacy and something to bragg about.

>plastic 'cheese'
why do you call it plastic

my mom got one of those because they're more compact and she didn't have the kitchen space to keep a food processor or electric chopper on a counter at all times, hers sucked ass. maybe yours work better. if you think it does, just try it and you'll see. i use this method most often enough for soup mirepoix/sofritto, so maybe next time you're making a soup

Mine's pretty great. The problem is it can't really be sharpened, so once it gets dulle it's sadly kind of a throwaway item. I don't use it much, mostly for oignon or to chop pickles into relish and such

Apparently if you make a post on /ck/ all the brown third worlders come out to voice their jealousy of America.

the emulsifier gives it a plastic-y feel and gloss, but yeah, not actually plastic.

if it manages a fine enough chop for juice to come out, it's already much better than hers. personally i always try to never pulverize stuff fine enough for juice to be leaking out but just the fact that you can do it means it should be good enough

American Cheese is disgusting. I suppose when properly done it sounds good but the stuff you get in individually wrapped slices is trash.

Yes this is true, they can't even produce food in their own countries because they are starving all the time. Then people are sad and send them food aid and they reproduce more and then there are more angry brown third worlders and stuff.
