I went to a subway today and for the first time in probably 6 years the lady behind the counter was white. She was older but didn't look like a trashy smoker Karen.

Millions of people eat the tuna there every day. It's just a 1:1 ratio of tuna and mayonnaise. Sure, some franchise may hire some idiot who left it out too long or didn't date it, but canned tuna and mayonnaise kept cold is usually good for a few days and they turn it over quite a bit.

Food poisoning things like that are anomalous and yet people like you will "have a friend" and a story that will warn everyone they know for the rest of their lives NEVER to eat Subway's tuna 'cause this one dude almost died. There's no way they could have traced it back to that sandwich anyway, unless multiple people had it happen and then they'd shut the location down.

The thing is, you never really know how a place is being run unless you work there. So especially with fast food it's always good to anticipate things are potentially being done poorly. So with that in mind, if you get a sandwich of cured meats like ham or sliced turkey, if it's been poorly handled you may get a touch of food poisoning. But fish is a whole other kettle of fish so to speak. Food poisoning from off fish like tuna can seriously fuck you up. That's why a ham sandwich from Subway can be a decent roll of the dice if you don't feel like making it, but tuna never is.

I mean it's better to order online using the app. Usually I could find a BOGO deal or a 20 percent off deal or something. I stopped going to Subway after one of the locations gave me food poisoning.

There was a guy who actually did die from eating gas station nachos. Made him really sick and he didn't recover. And I've personally lost a job because of gas station sushi. I had no choice but to shit in the bushes at the customer's home, it came out of nowhere and there was no time to drive to the gas station down the road. It was a life or death situation, and I wiped my ass with subway napkins. Buried it all.

Unfortunately the customer had cameras everywhere and they recorded me shitting in their bushes and sent it to corporate, said they sent a guy out there who's shitting in the bushes. Corpo fags said I could keep my job if I went back and cleaned it up and apologized to the customer, but I said no way man.
