Is it possible to feed eight billion people, give or take, michelin star quality food in perpetuity?

Yes, in Star Trek

Given that we overproduce food every year on earth and throw away a buttfuck amount of food then yes, we could feed everyone organic and reasonably quality food.
Maybe not restaurant prepared tier food but otherwise good decent food desu.
However it'd require politicians, businesses and administration to be less incompetent, greedy and uncaring.

Possible? Sure, probably. Probable? Not at all. Theoretically, there's probably enough resources. The hard part is the logistics of distributing them, which is difficult enough, but on top of that you would have to distribute high quality restaurant equipment and train enough people worldwide to cook at a Michelin star level. If all of humanity was singularly focused on that goal it could happen, but that's obviously not going to happen.

If every household grew vegetables in their back garden and had chickens for eggs and meat instead of a useless lawn.
Women acted as housewives to maintain the garden / animals and learned to cook well for their family.

You do know michelin is a tire company right and the only reason they ever gave out stars was to sell more tires and a shitty guide book?
