Why in the world would you grill with propane? You don't get the smoky flavor you get from charcoal or wood.
Anonymous No.21487124
Honestly I have no idea. I've never had anything from a propane grill that was better than if it had just been made in a pan, and I've had plenty that was worse. I guess if it's the only thing you have that's reasonably available?

There is plenty of smoke from the burning grease.
BBQs are used to cook outside at times when you don't want extra heat in your home.

Because I grill as an alternative to cooking on the stove, not as a big event I do once a week to feed a group of people. It's a daily cooking appliance.

It's much quicker and cheaper than using charcoal.

Propane is traditionally the Ladies' Grill, for dainty girls in frilly dresses who don't want to chip their nails or ruin their perms. Fortunately, propane is now being replaced with the new Electric Cuckold Faggot Grill (picrel), which eliminates the HORRIBLE open flame entirely, for a completely bland, artificial experience, 100% divorced from the real act of grilling. You might as well just bring your microwave outside.

Charcoal is good, sometimes you don't want an overpowering wood flavor. It is also more convenient. But other times yeah, wood is king.

Propane is for fags and I won't even comment on those electric abominations that's not even grilling.

well, grilling is fun. I do it so I can invite my family over to have some hot, plump glizzys on a Saturday night. I love watching them. they can't see me rubbing my dick through my jeans. Why not? it's all cause of the grill. it blocks their line of sight, covers everything up. not everyone likes that smokey flavor on their dogs though. we like to keep this old Windex that's full of tap water near the grill so we can give them woofers a little spritz before each serving. dilute it a little, but only if it's too strong. I don't like to spritz my dogs personally, but it's a great tool to have cause it helps out anyone I know who thinks that the mayo is too spicy lmao!

You can give foods different levels and types of grilled flavor depending on what you use as fuel and the level of heat, do you not know that? Or is propane the only thing you've ever "grilled" on?

You can even smoke with wood chips on a propane grill, believe it or not!

I never said that, you're illiterate. I'm saying that smoky flavor is what you get from grilling specifically. If you think that has to be mutually exclusive with other ways of seasoning and flavoring then that's your own inadequacies. Have you never used a marinade prior to grilling? Pre-flavoring is key to grilling things.

Convenience. Propane is start/stop. No work to preheat & setup, just click on and grill. Click off when done. You can also technically smoke with it if you use a little wood chip pan.

Propane is great for griddle stuff and pizza. It's also great for complaining Karen who can't handle the smoke.

Ha, it's not even that powerful. These cuckstations are limited to a 120V socket, for max 1800w draw. The oven has a 240v socket for better power draw - so that broiler can actually broil. No toastie device is gonna beat the oven.

People who live in apartments, condominiums and townhouses are typically forbidden from using anything but propane, if at all, because of fire risk and possibly of smoke intrusion into neighboring residences. Also, even for people with full houses, if you work a full time job, have kids, and has to cook dinner too, you don't have the time to mess around with charcoal during the week. Personally I use cut-up branches between 1-2" thick in my kettle grill as I've got an effectively unlimited supply from the trees and bushes in my yard, though there was definitely a learning curve to using wood.
