Its a goulash of some sort. Good, honest, simple slop. Modify at will. I like it this way.

>Begin with a large pot
>add oil or something (I used ghee)
>add heat
>add ground beef
>break it up (I use a potato masher)
>add spices (I used salt, pepper, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, plus 2 chopped up cloves of garlic and basil a little later)
>cook the beef for a while

snap OP, I also made goulash yesterday.

>sweat and then caramelise onions
>add back beef with garlic and red pepper
>paprika (smoked and regular mix)
>tomato puree and chopped tomatoes
>beef stock
>leave to simmer for an hour
>add rice
