his is my loaded frîtes. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

My loaded frîtes is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.

Without me, my loaded frîtes is useless. Without my loaded frîtes, I am useless.

Those look terrible. They're basically soggy supermarket fries with cheese wiz. The bacon is the only redeeming quality. I bet they cost a bunch now too since fast food is expensive nowadays.

It’s too bad there isn’t a way to keep the fries crisp, ends up turning into a potato casserole after a few minutes (still yummy though)

If you google "name and shame list australia [state]" you can find lists of locations who have failed health inspections. For example, here's the one for NSW;

https://www.foodauthority.nsw.gov.au/offences/penalty-notices

Look at how many listed are non-European, but also look at the dates. Some times a dozen each month. The system is actually working, at least for NSW, but is probably undermanned.

I follow the Sydney Name & Shame page on the facebooks and holy fuck it's hiarious.

The problem with ghost kitchens is the food gets picked up at a completely different establishment and there's no record of who prepared it in what facility. I think a lot of the thurdies are slopping curry out of their home kitchens and passing off to delivery drivers in food courts. Always google the place you are ordering food from, like 1 in 10 ion my area don't exist.

Yes, "loaded fries" are usually bacon cheese and ranch specifically, I think it probably was to emulate a loaded baked potato, but replaces the sour cream with ranch

It depends where you live. Checkers/Rallys are pretty common in the Midwest and Northeast I think as long as you don't live in the boondocks or mansion territory where only like the top 1 percent of chains exist, everywhere else it's more rare

I grew up in Michigan, they were common, I didn't live in "the hood" but I also didn't live in the country or rich areas, pretty much the most normal lower middle class-middle class suburban areas. I live in Ohio now and they're here too, though less of them

I live in a nice neighborhood in ATL, and I'm not driving to the places we have Checkers. I'll take it cold from a Dasher, though.
