I swear to god im better off taking actual grass and putting it on my meals, at least grass tastes like nothing.

It's a herb that adds flavor like any other, and it just turns out some poor sods like OP have shit genes and can't taste it right.

I also don't know what soap tastes like (and toothpaste is just mint, always fucking mint). It's not something I regularly eat or taste. Ya'll must have been naughty ass kids to get your mouth washed out with soap.

Not just Mexican.

Cilantro, also known as coriander, is a popular herb in various cuisines around the world. Here are some of the most notable cuisines that frequently incorporate cilantro:

Mexican - Cilantro is a staple in salsas, guacamole, and as a garnish for tacos and soups.
Indian - Used in chutneys, curries, and as a garnish for various dishes, cilantro adds freshness.
Thai - Commonly found in salads, curries, and soups, cilantro enhances the flavor profile.
Middle Eastern - Used in tabbouleh, salads, and various meat dishes, cilantro is essential for flavor.
Vietnamese - Often used in pho and fresh spring rolls, cilantro adds a bright note to dishes.
Chinese - Found in certain regional dishes, especially in sauces and as a garnish.
Caribbean - Used in marinades and sauces, especially in dishes like jerk chicken.
Peruvian - Common in ceviche and various stews, cilantro is a key ingredient.

Sorry you got filtered out of so many kino cuisines by a fucking herb

>Cilantro, also known as coriander,
While it's "known as coriander", it is not coriander. There are heaps of variations in "coriander" species of plant. Case in point is "Italian cilantro" aka parsley. Totally different favor profile than Mexican cilantro, but they look practically identical and people consider them both to be coriander.
