There is no argument to be had.
Toum and Tzatziki both have olive oil bases.
Olive oil is not a seed oil.

True, however minced garlic spoils easily, so they skimp on it for shelf life reasons.
Also, I like it slav-style, with lots of dill, and they almost never put enough. Again, for shelf-life reasons.

I'd never buy that in a package. It's a great sauce, but only when freshly made. Cucumber doesn't age well.
