TAKE OUT WHEN BROWNED THEN FRY UP VEGGIES TIL SOFTENED THEN ADD THE MEAT BACK
ADD MORE SOI SAUCE AND A BIT OF WATER AND STIR TIL THICK
WASH AND BOIL RICE IN SEPARATE BOWL

Dice up some sweet peppers, onion and harissa paste. Stir fry. Throw in some feta cheese cubes towards the end so it partially melts into it but not completely. Enjoy. You can also add some meat to this dish if you like.
