TABASCO (original)

i am considering getting the 1 gallon jug, anyone gotten one of their jugs before? how resealable are they? i would definitely keep the jug afterwards, could be useful for a lot of things.

and i go through a normal bottle of tabasco a week, so why not go big?

the op sauce is wonderful. it's like a sweet BBQ sauce with habanero spice in it, really delicious stuff.

to compare with the chi-pole-tee Tabasco, the basco is thinner, vinegary, not nearly as sweet, and possibly a little hotter. The El Yuck is thicker and sweeter, and doesn't have nearly the same vinegary hit. I might go down to the kitchen now and eat some on a spoon

Hey jugbro, if you're looking to jugmaxx then Carlo Rossi jugwine might be your friend. The wine ain't great (to put it mildly) but if you can stomach it, the free jug is a nice bonus. If you know anything about the price of gallon jugs on the jugmarket these days, it's madness, and I think Rossi might be the cheapest thing at the supermarket with a nice reusable glass jug.

The only thing I'm not sure about is whether the jug threads are compatible with standard replacement jug caps (because the original cap won't last forever).
