It is one of the best because it is one of the only fast food chains that actualy prepares fresh food out of many fresh ingredients.
Most only heat things up or cook a basic thing.

But that is also the source of many problems. Turns out minimum wage workers hired just like a mcdonald's employee but tasked with safely handling lots of raw food results in a lot of food illness issues.
Every location is as a result unique and only as good as its current crop of low income workers.

idk about healthiest but it definitely works out to be the cheapest if you're smart about it

Too many carbs. When I needed to get healthy, chick-fil-a was my go-to, you can get filets without the bun, grilled nuggets, free iced water and a fruit cup. Lot of protein and no junk.

Mexican flatbread is made from corn flour and thus native to the Americas, since corn is. Pretty sure cocoa, turkey, squash, avocado, pineapples, blueberries, pecans, quinoa, amaranth, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes are all native to the Americas as well. And those beans Mexicans eat are also native to the Americas and come from the Aztecs or something.

No, it's very unhealthy food because it's prepared using bran oil. Bran is a waste product that is abundant but the bran yields small amounts of oil. Chemicals are necessary to extract the oil, which denatures into toxic compounds. The manufacturer attempts to remove the toxics but these end up in your food anyway. You consume the toxics and poison your body with them.
