I mean, you wouldn't be expecting a country with an existing wine culture to be the fastest growing, would you? because their wine industries are already established and stable. so it makes some sense that it would be a developing economy without much prior wine industry like Thailand. they are most likely still far below the big wine producing countries, but if they started from basically nothing, even a modest increase in production would count as fast growth.
