Yucateco tastes pretty good, but it's not actually that spicy.
To be fair, regular Tabasco and Sriracha are only about 2.2k, so your preferred sauce will do the trick just fine if you don't consume hot sauce somewhat regularly.

when i was younger i used to seek out really spicy shit but now i prefer milder stuff. depending on the sauce, the flavor can actually complement some things. omelette w/ cheese + a fair amount of lousiana (or your preferred vinegary sauce of choice) is god tier

Most hot sauce companies use the Scoville rating of the pepper they use for marketing purposes instead of actually testing the sauce. A raw Carolina Reaper can be over a million scoville, but cooking it, adding vinegar, and diluting it with other ingredients all reduce the heat index by a substantial amount.

You dislike bottled garlic flavor. There are people who buy garlic in the jar, pre-minced, and they don't seem to care about the preserved flavors. These are the same people who don't mind bottled lemon juice.

The chili flavor in sriracha is just fine, but it's sweet, and it has the bottled garlic problem going for it. I suggest you simply buy and use what you do like, and show off your alternatives here. It's better not to be so negative as a trigger.

You put it on stuff, if sriracha is spicy as an example, you put it on stuff that lack the spiciness, overtime you can tolerate the heat and actually "taste" the sauce. But for me the heat adds something special to the taste.

Flying Goose and Huy Yong are shit now. There’s no heat at all. Ever since the chilli shortage.
I’m thinking about trying the Trident one based on how good their sweet chilli sauce is but I don’t really like sriracha that much anyway so meh. Turns out they make an extra hot version in a smaller bottle too.

If you want a good scorpion pepper sauce, don't use the tabasco, use this. There is no vinegar in it whatsoever. All you taste is the yummy scorpion pepper.
