I JUST don't give a shit one way or another, if vegans want to make scrambled egg like things, it's not hurting me.
/fit/urds think they're dabbing on people with shit like this and then they will fall for the first food meme done by a muscular guy who tells them how he got super manly by doing some crazy protein spamming diet or some girl in an America hat who says that her family only eats a specific kind of meat diet.

You do realize that an egg is not just something that an animal lays out of their cloaca, right? Plants have eggs. They are contained within the flower of the plant.

Let me try to explain it to you in another way. When I say there's nothing going on in that head of yours, I don't mean it literally. It means that you're a fucking idiot. Some phrases and words have multiple definitions and thus different ways of using them.

It's not new. There's a very low bar for something to be listed as "natural flavor" in the US. If it involves some sort of extraction from a "natural" source, it's a "natural flavor". This only disqualifies completely lab formulated flavors, most commonly vanilla, or those vaguely fruity flavors used in beverages cannot be legally called juice.

Shouldn't a mass gainer shake have more protein to kcal ratio? If you're a serious lifter then you're going for around 4,000 kcal and 200g protein a day. This uses up 1/4 of your calories but only provides 15% of your protein. If you're not a serious lifter then this will just make you obese.

I drink a nearly 60g protein shake that's under 700 calories: >scoop of whey (30g protein) >2 cups milk (16g) >3 tbsp peanut butter (12g)
And it only makes me feel full for about an hour. Liquid protein is not that satiating. The only mass you get from drinking 1,000 calories for 30g of protein is obesity.
I stopped in at Sprouts a short while ago and saw a couple grabbing every carton of that stuff from the fridge. They were one of those weird religion people, the ones where the dudes go out wearing comforters as skirts? Are they supposed to be Muslims or something? Anyway, yeah. They were buying all the Eggs From Plants cartons and I wouldn't have noticed were it not for seeing this thread yesterday.
