Why are you buying eggs from the internets? Get your ass out and visit your closest farmer or at least the cheapest supermarket.

what would you like to pay
$3 for 10 doesnt seem that expensive after the worldwide inflation
we are paying €2 for the cheapest eggs

When 100 million people are deported. When the government stops printing money. When industry is restored. When women stop working. When the bureaucratic regulatory state is erased from existence. When the second green revolution happens due to things like ai and robotics, genetic and ecological engineering, and regenerative agriculture and permaculture.

Weren't they like $6-7/dozen a year ago?
$3.60/dozen seems like they went down

I don't understand ''people'' and shit like this where they sperg about prices
>3 dollars for a dozen eggs? woah what a bargain! I'll buy some yummy eggs :)
>is that 3.6 dollars? OH MY HECKIN' SCIENCEC IT'S OVER, WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA SAVE ME TRUMP
Why are they like this?
What's also insane is that the same kind of people who seethe that eggs went up a few cents will then buy chips, cookies and soda with a 1000% price markup. Can't pay 3 dollars for a dozen eggs while buying 5 dollar bags of chips.

They did come down. I just got a 60 count box for $16. I don't know what you're complaining about. You should have seen the prices last year.

Trump said it's okay to sell diseased eggs so they already went down. From here on it's up to the inflation and retailers.

>Lucerne brand

Albertsons, Vons, and Safeway are usually "nice" stores that markup their prices. You need to find a discounter or some place shitty like a Kroger.

Should be half this price.

Not that guy but I've seen the same sort of behaviour in person. My family and I don't eat much packaged food and the only vegetable that's gone up considerably is mature spinach (doubled in price in the last year) so we haven't been affected much by increasing food prices.
Eggs were touch and go for a while, but we found ways to get them cheap (coupon shenanigans; you may have seen me post last year about how we got 4 dozen eggs completely for free and, in fact, one or two of those dozen /we were actually paid to take/).
I'm sure beef has gone up, too, but we stock up when it's cheap/on sale and freeze that shit so I have no idea what "normal" price on beef is nowadays.

Nearly $10aud for a dozen free range local eggs here, it's fucked but I can afford it by just cutting down on eating eggs, I'm still not buying supermarket brand cage shit.
