this one and Crystal are my favorites.

I haven't purchased your pictured, since it seems like it's not the style one associates with louisiana hot sauce, it's Texas Pete. Their brand is known to be 1/2 of the buffalo sauce formula (combined with butter and garlic).

quantity of ingredients, quality of ingredients, fermentation, cooking processes, etc all contribute.
its also why most chinese food is the same shit. light soy, dark soy, oyster sauce, MSG, salt, sugar, pepper, but they can come out drastically different, or not

I use this (and the wing sauce) on practically everything. Plus, it says "butt" on it, which makes me chortle.
