the only guarantee that it's not pieces and parts is to buy kosher hotdogs, I hear. Their ads used to say that they answered to a higher God (rabbinical food laws). I think think all beef, kosher tastes better. I used to buy a reduced fat version of one of the major 3 national brands because they actually won a blind taste test.
