Love em

I just took 300g of potatoes, gave them a wash, left the skin on and cut into chunks. Chucked them in the air fryer with a bit of lard for 40 minutes. 20 minutes at 165. 10 minutes at 175. 10 minutes at 185. Into a bowl and immediately doused in malt vinegar and sea salt.

Pure comfort in a bowl

I need to buy some potatoes. I like the Agria variety. Perfect for baking. One of my fav things to do is bake them, hollow them out and restuff with sweated down onion and diced bacon and grated cheddar then bake the cunts again.

Heaven.

So you could eat TWO whole potatoes? Because that's all you'll eat. Especially after you get done piling them with chili and cheese and cheese sauce and bacon. Try eating two baked russets just with butter in one sitting.

You're looking for german potato salad anon. You can find tons of recipes online for katoffelsalat. A simple one is:
1lb (454g) of yukon gold or other yellow potato variety
3 - 5 slices of bacon
Plain old white vinegar
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Fry bacon pieces. Set bacon aside and reserve fat, held warm.
Place potatoes whole into enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer and simmer until fork tender. Drain, and allow to cool 5 minutes. The skins will peel right off. After they are peeled, slice them into 1/4" (~5mm) thick slices. Whisk together vinegar and warm bacon fat until emulsified. Pour over and toss potatoes to cover. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Crumble cooked bacon into salad. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
You're done. Now eat it.
