Not really, they're just a different kind. The noodles are thicker and they do taste good, but all the Buldak flavors have a ton of capsaicin in them, so your mouth will always be burning no matter the flavor. If you're into that, then you'll probably like them. Personal favorite is the Jajang because the sauce is thicker like yakisoba, but avoid the Habanero Lime flavor; it's pretty bland.
