I don't understand why anyone eats steak or why it's considered by so many (especially men and Americans) to be the best food. I just don't get it.

Depends on the cut. Mostly medium rare, but a nice T bone is pretty good blue rare. Also this is the only board I've been 3 day banned for racism.
