Sometimes for a hangover mesl I like to make a cheese burger that I put and egg and hashbrowns on. Its greasy and salty goodness, then take a nap. Then I am healed from the poor life choices of the night before.

I drink alone (currently doing so) and I also drink with friends. Sometimes a quiet night at home with a 6pack is the bees tits. Enjoying music, having mental vacation after a stressful work week, etc. Tonight it's pouring rain out and I live in a 2-story townhouse nestled at the edge of a national park right on the edge of cliff. Sitting on the couch with my sliding doors open looking out at all the trees and clouds, listening to the rain and sliding down some beers and banting with youse guys is a really nice Saturday night †bh

I think adding sausage to the country gravy is just too much with a country fried steak.

Uh nah country gravy is just when you toast the flour in oil or butter until it's cooked but barely golden then pour milk over it. Then pepper and salt

I am sorry but that "butter or oil" is good old fashioned sausage grease and you chop it up and mix it in. This is the way of my people.

you mean sausage gravy. country gravy + sausage = sausage gravy
you shouldn't be putting sausage gravy on a chicken fried steak since you already have the steak, just use plain country gravy
but for biscuits and gravy you use sausage gravy since otherwise its carbs on carbs on carbs with a bit of fat. need the meat flavor to bring it all together
