I thought I was the only one who does this. sometimes I wake up in the morning and immediately get up and grab the milk out of the fridge and drink several gulps. I don't know why I'm compelled to drink so much milk.

I don't think midnight snacks are a good idea in general, but if you must then it's not a bad option.

I love drinking milk and heavy cream from glass containers.

But a more satisfying, low calorie midnight snack is pic related.

Whichever brand sources their cows locally is usually the best. Any reputable bottle or jug of milk will print the plant and/or farm location. Plenty of my local groceries' store brand milk is that way so I just get that.
For chocolate/strawberry milk, Promised Land is the best in my area because they also use local sources and their emulsifiers actually prevent the chocolate syrup from separating. YMMV but it's best to try all the brands with locally sourced milk since they'll have different flavors anyway.
Also try some raw milk from a nearby dairy farm at least a couple times, it's worth a try.

the fuck
Is GOMAD not still a meme over there as a relatively healthy way for skinnyfats and skellingtons to bulk up? There's a very good reason why protein powder, notoriously only bought by gym rats and people who care a lot about personal nutrition, says on the label to mix with water (if you're lactose intolerant or a fag) or milk (if you're a normal person)
