Whichever brand sources their cows locally is usually the best. Any reputable bottle or jug of milk will print the plant and/or farm location. Plenty of my local groceries' store brand milk is that way so I just get that.
For chocolate/strawberry milk, Promised Land is the best in my area because they also use local sources and their emulsifiers actually prevent the chocolate syrup from separating. YMMV but it's best to try all the brands with locally sourced milk since they'll have different flavors anyway.
Also try some raw milk from a nearby dairy farm at least a couple times, it's worth a try.
