Probably the most nutritious yeasted bread, but its not fermented.
Sprouted, flourless, and multigrain is great though would be better if it was sourdoughed.

I recently found out what I've been calling "bread shock" is actually a mild glycemic issue, so I've been trying sprouted breads since I can eat that with no issue.
I bought TWO sprouted loaves: one is pic related, which I'm trying right now and am enjoying (good chewy texture, good with butter and peanut butter, lil' bitter but not enough to turn me off), and have some Ezekiel 4:9 sitting in the freezer waiting for me when I'm done my Silver Hills.

Maybe had it once and didn't like it if I did.
Packaged breads sold as premium are generally bullshit btw. You want packaged bread that stays fresh, just buy the store brand. You want something better than packaged bread, get some fresh bread from the in-store bakery, pic rel is half the price of the ezekiel bread. Multigrain breads are kind of ass anyway but some people genuinely like them and a lot more see them as some kind of class marker.

Ancient diets, even for the wealthiest members of society, comprised of mostly bread and grains. The bread wouldn't mold in two days, because it would have been eaten long before two days had passed. This is basic, common knowledge that even the most retarded people know.
