White Bloomer, Yes, I think white bread makes better toast.
NO to BBQ sauce, it's a bit too sweet, I would prefer a brown sauce.
NO to Babybel, it's a bit Meh, medium cheddar would fit the bill better.

The reason people think this is disgusting is because of disgusting American baked beans. American baked beans are sweet as fuck and taste like BBQ and have tons of pork fat in them. I personally find them gross. So when people think of baked beans on toast they're thinking of the brown sugar bbq style American beans.

And I'm saying this as an American, our beans fucking suck and I hate baked beans.

yea our macdonalds even have them as a lunch item they are so popular here, it's a shame they don't carry it anywhere else, the macdonalds ones are a bit shit though because they use imported catering beans which taste too sweet but for the money and convenience of it they aren't so bad
