For years I believed eating this would give you a heart attack. I fell for the Jewish psyop bros. That said, I don't think you should have steak for breakfast. I think it's more proper to have bacon and eggs instead. Steak for dinner. Cold meat for lunch. Sigh..I wish I could go back in time to see how my ancestors ate. I just know they were drinking raw milk fresh from their dairy cows. Fuck the rothschilds
