It's funny how a lot of canned foods are really just a holdover from a bygone age of poorer refrigeration and the newfangled concept of having food that could sit out for 6 months and not be rancid. About the only canned food I buy anymore is Tuna and the occasional Corned Beef.

probably surimi : it's frozen mashed fish, and it's then reheated with added artificial flavor
kibble is made by heating multiple times animal meat
both are over transformed products, pretty sure you lose a lot of proteins, nutriments and other nice shit by heating/freezing shit multiple times

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

The current united states of america citizen has on average 1.98 jobs, we're busy making money for the rent, we're not allowed to nibble on our customers door dash or instacart, putting a can of soup in the microwave is just quick before you get to sleep for 5 hours.

It's high in salt, this is mostly the only problem. Otherwise it's low-fat and high-protein and the only processing is pounding the fish. It's also 1000y old.
