How the fuck did this come about?
Milk, you see a baby animal sucking a teat and want some for yourself okay. Butter, you shake that milk around a lot. But how on earth did people discover the specialized process involving specific microbes and enzymes that turns milk into cheese?

Raw milk never spoils. First it sours and then the fat and whey seperate and then the fat turns to cheese. Yeah it helps to add rennet /cultures and yeasts
Never forget what they took from you

It's all rather obvious. Salt + low moisture content + good bacteria = preservation.

it turns to cheese when it coagulates and the solids separate from the liquid. cheese has a lot of fat but it usually has about an equal amount of protein unless it's a double cream cheese or something like that.

Ahckshually I think he's talking about not anything ADDED but REMOVED.
Pasteurizing kills most of the natural milk flora, including the lactobacillus which otherwise would have kept pathogenes away from its turf and ferment the milk into proper edible cheese.
With most of them removed other random bacteria from the first dust speck that touches the surface could potentially take over and spoil the milk.
Of course in reality raw milk is not always full of just "good" bacteria either...

He's right albeit. Raw milk sours which prevent soiling due to the bacteria found in the cows gut. Pasterization kills them and makes the milk immediately spoil without soiling.

As long as the sodas don't contain artificial sweeteners - yes.
What makes children sick is constant pressure about "healthy" eating and their weight. THAT leads to 7 year olds already using the scale daily and being afraid of "calories" despite not even knowing what they are.
Straight into the anorexia, lovely.

They are trying their damn best as well tho, with "food education" already in daycares and later in school. Five year olds already learn about "calories" and the diagnosis "anorexia" has been rising all over Europe as well.
It just seems that in general European kids are more resistant and resilient against that indoctrination, especially redarding sugar.

Yeah i will agree that what ideas and beleifs are held about foods and substances can cause people problems where as they would not if they never heard those ideas
Say gluten for example
Some people only start to have gluten problems after reading that it could he bad for them

But I am more convinced it is simply the quality, ingredients and also portions
In europe the quality is higher, there are less harmful ingredients added, and instead of 6 sodas a day, they just have 2 a week. And sure, most europeans are also more active than amerifats, so we have to add that to the equation

Africans, Mongols, and Laplanders still do this exact thing: you milk an animal and then store it in a cow/horse/caribou stomach you have hanging up in your tent. During the short period it keeps fresh milk from spoiling, but for pro-longed periods the rennan in the animal's stomach ferments the milk into something good like cheese or kefer or whatever.

Ancient people were largely lactose intolerant, so they were already used to experimenting with fermentation in an effort to make dairy products more eatable.

I still test every now and then to see if I'm still able to digest milk. When I'm at my absolute mental peak, I will drink milk in public. Mainly in food courts of shopping centres.
But naturally, it's all been pasteurized. I haven't been accustomed to the super human enzyme that allows me to properly digest raw milk.
Idk if I should start.

I would imagine raw milk is easier to digest as it would contain bacteria that helps break it down during digestion. Some people say they had stomach issues from pasteurized milk but can drink raw milk. It's similar with yogurt/kefir/buttermilk that have live bacteria and are easier to digest.

This isn't as outlandish as it sounds.
If modern tribal people are indicative of caveman-type people at all: a man would go and steal a few piglets from a wild sow and have his wife wet-nurse them so he could raise his own pigs at home. Primitive people still do this today, it's cheap and breast-fed wild boar grow up into gentile fat pigs.

You simply lack education and knowledge. That's all. You cant properly appreciate the history of humanity. All the effort that brought us to this point.

Nothing you see around you was done by accident. It took us hundreds of thousands of years. That's not an exaggeration. Years upon years upon years. Generation after generation after generation. All of it to bring you where you are right now. To give you what you have now. That all happened. The struggle was real. The suffering was real.

But all you can ask is
