I can detect when turkey is subbed in for pork or beef applications. If you are not trying to recover from a stent procedure, why are sacrificing flavor, texture and recipes like that? Not even turkey sausage is worth it. Turkey should taste like delicious turkey, or be in a deli sandwich.
