it's the best and you know it
Anonymous No.21534059
It's mediocre instant noodle slop for people who can't cook at all and don't value their health.

>Cook it with less water and some proteins
>When there is just a lil bit water left, take off the heat and add some greens like broccoli
>Crack two eggs and whip them up while the dish cools and use them to cream it like Carbonara
>Add scallions and sesame seeds in the end

I can't be the only one who does this with their instant ramen?

It's not even the best that Nongshim make (that would be the gamjatang)

Pretty "based," to use the parlance of our times

I time it so you get poached eggs and the yolk can mix into the broth
>>21534135
Gonna try this thanks for the recommendation

Good luck finding it. I've not seen any in my area in years but a couple of years back, some guy here posted pics of his local hmart or somewhere and they had it. My nearest hmart is tiny and does not. Seriously, many of the houses in my area are bigger than that tiny-ass store.

Nope. Mine doesn't even have a parking lot
There's another two hmarts 30 minutes away from that one but they're both farther off from me and require toll roads. Well, one of the two doesn't /require/ a toll road, but going any other way would take forever.
That one looks much larger than mine

Three others. I forgot about the new one that opened in 2021. It's absolutely gigantic. I think it used to be a Home Depot.

>bought shin ramyun black and gold
>never tried premium ramen before
>2 days ago, try black, confused by 3 packets
>butthole on fire
>recovery day
>maybe it was a fluke
>try gold
>ill just not use the spicy packet
>too bland
>use half the spicy packet
>tastes really good
>fk it, dump whole packet in, drink delicious spicy soup
>next day
>butthole on fire

This soup tastes so good but I cant do this anymore. I might have to try cooking it in the most minimal amount of water to concentrate the beef or chicken flavor and never use the spicy packet again.

i save leftover soups/stews and freeze them into 1 cup cubes to throw into my ramen along with some frozen veggies like spinach, broccoli and green beans.
Anonymous No.21538015 >>21539338
>>21537663
It's way better. buldak is a gimmick their stuff is just heat with not much good. flavor
Anonymous No.21538139
Why is the ingredients list of every ramen noodles longer than a page in a dictionary?
Is it that hard to make noodles with only 5 ingredients?
Anonymous No.21539338 >>21539340

I'm tired of seeing people parrot this retarded cope. Buldak noodles have the strongest flavors out of all the instant noodle brands. Maybe not necessarily the best flavors, but they are anything but mild or bland. The curry flavor is the one exception, its way too weak.

For me, it's the spicy port au feu (which I also cannot find anymore)
Anonymous No.21539754
alright boys its round 3 with some shin ramyun black. I only used a few sprinkles of the spicy packet this time. Way less enjoyable flavor, not gonna lie.

Let's see how my butthole does over the next 24 hours.

I take the noodles out of the water turn off the heat and poach two eggs while I mix the noodles with the seasoning packet and some sriracha, then put a tin of deenz on there and some crispy onions, then the eggs are ready so place them on top and pour soy sauce around the edge of the bowl and some herbs on top (fresh or dried doesn’t matter), bit of hot sauce, salt on the eggs
