How to freeze a banana? Just put it in the freezer? Is it hard to peel after?

I've been drinking Joe Rogan spinach apple smoothies. I need to thin them out though. Maybe some greek yogurt and some more ice chips.

yea like the others have already mentioned. Me personally, I love tossing 2-4 frozen bananas (chopped, easier for the blender) and then adding some cocoa powder and like a tablespoon of peanut butter. It tastes like reecess peanut butter cups, without any weird stuff. The bananas provide all the sweetness necessary. You might have to add a little milk but other than that, that's it. It's a base to turn it into whatever you want. Add chocolate chips and some vanilla extract, whatever works. Sorbet with other frozen fruit and maybe a little sweetner depending on which fruits.

I usually just split the bananas in half but I know chopped is much better. The longer that blade is running, the hotter it gets and the hotter it gets, the less thick of a consistency you will end up with. So chopped gets the job done quick without already causing it to melt.

Sharing what I've learned:

>You can use cream-cheese instead of yogurt if you want.
>Peaches (ripe) are the easiest cutting-required fruit to add. Just make 1 or 2 cuts to the pit, then rip the pulp off.
>Alternate between using milk, nut-milk, and oat-milk
