When I got a job at a meat factory as a teen and saw how ham is just liquid molded to look like meat.

that's not true. some of them are real slices of animal.

Not really. "Turkey Roll" is essentially also a forcemeat like bologna. By "manufactured" do you meat processed? Because there's ham and roast beef deli meat which are actually pieces of meat. And then there's the turkey, which may be chopped and pressed like bologna. That's what "manufactured" would mean in this case.
You're out of your depth here.

Not real ham. There's a difference between shitty lunch meats and good ones. A spiral-cut ham will have a bone in it and fat around it. That was not "molded".
You worked in a shitty factory which made stuff like Oscar Mayer Ham and Cheese "Loaf", which is made like hot dogs or bologna.

The deli doesn't really sell that kind of ham usually.

Does it matter? It tastes good either way.

yeah they do retard. the majority of meat products you can get at delis are from meat paste. From my memory of working at a deli beef was the only exception. delis don't sell anything with bone in it. at least not in america. bone-in items are considered butcher items which are a separate section of the store.

Being a puritan over deli meats is something i could never understand. it's like going to mcdonalds and asking for all natural ingredients. just buy something else.

wow it's a real puzzler anon, but I'm sure you can figure it out if you think about it real hard for a week or so.
