A birria is the epitome of handmade, so I doubt any machinery in ye olde factory assembly line can do it yet.
A birria should be a pan-griddled shredded cheese crust masterpiece finished on a oiled cooktop to order, not just about the simmered meat filling inside, but also the dip filled with the the au jus pot liquor.
