At the moment because my tummy is rather poorly its pretty much just oolong tea for breakfast (no food) and tomato pasta with grana pedano (PDO) for dinner I also drink milk.
I eat grilled chicken or lamb when I feel better but if there is too much black pepper or any chillies in the seasoning it gives me the shits the next day.

Well one is a hot sauce and one is the most basic pepper sauce. Different flavors. I prefer tabasco with eggs, some stews and soups, and things that are already a bit salty. Frank's is best on a pizza and some things that are basically completed unsalted. A very low sodium version of frank's would probably be my favorite.
