Educational food prep vids
I have several kitchen aid tools like a cheese slicer and a mandolin, but I don't want to be a stupid fucking poser taking the easy way out.
I'm not a chef or even a home chef, I just wanna know what are some interesting videos I could watch that teach knife skills in particular, nothing too flashy.
I'd like to be able to dice a tomato competently in just a few seconds.

The trick to knife skills is to just square everything off so you have a base to work with, then cut shit in straight lines, or a grid, to the size you want. After that, just watch a YouTube video.
You can dice an onion the same wat as a potato, a zucchini, a tomato, whatever.
If you want the advanced shit, learn the claw grip, where you tuck all of your fingers back and rest the blade on the middle of your fingers. You basically just move your hand back while using your fingers as a guide, but you don't actually need to know how to do any of that
