what are some simple, easy recipes you guys do?

my go to is just frying or baking some meat (either pork or chicken) and just steaming some veggies or putting potatoes in an air fryer

besides that I have my "special" recipes I do once a week which is either breaded pork or curry
I figured I can also just steam veggies and throw them in a pan with soy sauce to make it better

Why would you ever steam veggies when you can roast them

I usually do broccoli or cauliflour and there's just less chance to burn them

Put 1/2 cup of rice in rice cooker, cut up a few cubes of tofu and put in air fryer at 400 for 10-15 minutes, cut up some broccoli florets and put them in the air fryer at 350 for 5-7 minutes. Combine in a bowl and add literally any sauce.

Braised meat. Sear any meat, ideally fatty cuts, on every side and then pour in some stock and simmer on low heat under cover until the meat is soft (a few hours depending on the type of meat and the size of the pieces).
Then you eat the meat with the sauce from the braising. Add in some carbs as required and you can put the veggies directly in the stock during braising.

I make a lot of rice bowls. Rice, a veggie, and a meat sectioned off in a bowl. Sometimes the veggie and meat together, like a stir fry. Salt, lime juice/zest, butter, cilantro, and diced red onion are good additions to the rice (not all together). Veggies are usually broccoli/green beans/brussel sprouts/onions/carrots roasted in salt/pepper/oil, or raw cucumber/tomato/onion in some oil and vinegar. For the meat I usually just throw chunks of chicken/pork in a pan or cook up ground beef/pork similarly, then add whatever spices or sauces I want.

beef's expensive
I'll cook thin steak but sometimes fuck it up somehow
I put oil on the cast iron pan and high heat and sometimes it just doesn't brown and just releases too much water
I'll do beef cubes for curry though, steaks like once a month

I apolocheese, I forgot people are so pathetically poor they can't afford a 3 dollar tube of ground beef that provides enough food for 4 meals...

You really should not need 2 pounds of ground beef for 4 meals, why are you eating so much? Are you perchance fat? Also at any basic grocery store those godawful tube beefs are typically 3-4 dollars, if you're buying nicer actual ground beef in the little containers then yeah it's about 6 a pound, even that is overpriced but totally affordable for how much it provides unless you're, you know, fat.

Nope.
>those godawful tube beefs are typically 3-4 dollars
So even shitty beef costs more than you originally claimed? Sounds like you don't really know what you're talking about and should be ignored like any other shitposter.

High and dry methods like roasting form more cancerous compounds.
Water-based cooking is superior in this regard.

This isn't a pedo board though. Post food images.
You can post your asian kids cartoons on the boards for it.
It's like you wandered into a steakhouse and ordered a salad and became confused like you were in a saladhouse. Lol. You don't win friends with salad.
Or anime...as you well know.

For sourdough thats super fast; many superstitiously think you have to cold ferment over 24 hours for sourdough.
You are not doing much but waiting for it to ferment, once the dough has been mixed.
Its a high hydration Focaccia, very forgiving and low effort compared to most any other type of bread.
If your room temp is very warm it could be ready in 3-5 hours.

Nachos are usually pretty easy. Also sometimes I'll just cook pasta, add "butter", "cheese", and some miscellaneous flavorings as the whim strikes. (One of the best variants I've tried involves hot sauce, "Worcestershire sauce", nooch, and oregano, plus salt and pepper of course.)
