It's actual healthy pizza because it omits the unhealthy crust. If you prefer your pizza thin, you can do that too.

Carbs aren't unhealthy anon. You're better off adding some healthy toppings or getting a health side than ruining pizza like this.

Fresh mozz, pepp, fresh basil, a few dollops of fresh basil, baked in a wood fired brick oven until it's slightly burnt on top.

>ruining pizza by omitting the unhealthy part

Lol OK big guy. Anyways, for the healthy non-obese anons, these pizzas are very easy to create in a covered pan/skillet and makes a great burn on the bottom stiffening it up some. It also benefits with a minute or two under the top broiler in your oven. It works, is healthy and delicious.

Nah, Ricotta is for lasagna. That should be goatse cheese.

Goat cheese is too overpowering, a few dollops of ricotta, maybe burnt a bit on top for a bit of char is perfect for me.

Ricotta is a bit plain to me for a pizza but you do you and kids. A bit of goatse goes a long way.

This is very special 4 me. I like it a lot. It's not even a fancy place, but after having eaten in "the fancy" places, one with best pizza of the year award included, this one BTFO's all the others. And they're not even trying. At the very least the basil, pesto rosso and tomato are always on point, dough is just ok. All in all, I wish they went full fancy.
