Will try that next time even though those coatings are pretty unhealthy. That's an insane amount.

I tried both (prefer honey) on mozzarella but never had both together on a Brie cheese.

brie also tastes good but slathering it in such overpowering sweetness should only be reserved for slop-tier cheese

The thing about brie is you have to wait a long time before you can eat it or else it's tasteless.

For me? A simple chutney for my cheeses, likely fig, cranberry or chilli

Also a lot of people outing themselves as uncultured tastelets not knowing about the sweet+brie pairing

Why both? Either one is more than enough sugar and distinct flavor. Gross. Brie with some berries is one thing. Just syrup and honey doesn't work.

That stuff was just amazing

OP here. I dont slather it. I drizzle nicely. also add salt.
It tastes so freaking good. Still cant decide if it tastes better when the cheese is cold or warm.
