Cant make a rosbif célèbre without copycat james river sauce
>3 cups acv
>2 cups ketchup
>1.5 cups brown sugar
>3tbsp Worcestershire
>3tbsp chili powder
>1tbsp paprika
>1tbsp black pepper
>2tsp cayenne
>1tsp onion powder
>1tsp garlic powder
>1/2tsp mustard powder
>salt
whisk and bring to low simmer ~20 minutes
James river bbq sauce is fairly thin, medium tangy and a little spicy, its a necessity for a true superbeef. Afaik no copycat recipe exists online other than right here.

Whisk the bejeezus out of it while very slowly streaming in a ton of oil (this was 18oz of olive oil)
Dont use extra virgin, use the cheap stuff, pure olive oil. Otherwise your mayo will taste like shit.
I also added lemon juice, salt and pepper. Not a ton of any of those.
