I'm Russian an it goes as this for me personally:
Gansito > Russian Syrok > Twinkie
Not all Syroks are equal, however. It heavily depends on particular Syrok manufacturing brands, as it can be either utter sloppa shit, or perfection.
Main difference between Gansito and Syrok is that Gansito mostly uses souffle and usually has sprinkles, while Syroks are based on thick "cream cheese" custard and have very flat/even surface. Since Syroks are based on real dairy, they can't be stored in warm temperatures for very long, and even in fridge they'd better be eaten in two week's time tops. Gansito, on the other hand, essentially being a candy, can usually be stored for longer.
At the current day, the absolute Top tier of all Russian Syrok-making brands is considered to be "B.Y. Alexandrov" (picrel, premium quality packaging, top tier quality ingredients, great variety of fillings and always best state since the packaging is very sturdy and double-protected), but they're also the most expensive ones (averaging 70+ RUR per one, while other brands tend to be in 40-some RUR territory and lower. Absolute sloppa dogshit usually swims in the 16~18 RUR territory, while "decent" Syroks start at 28+ RUR and "good, but not overpriced" are in range of 35~45 RUR, anything over the "psychological barrier" of 48 RUR is either overpriced, or it's extra premium "tax" for top notch quality).
