Breakfast
I've started to eat a panic for breakfast made with 100 g oats and 4 eggs. Not because I'm gluten intolerant, but because I need the fiber in the morning. The energy it gives me is very stable and good fuel for workout.

Of course I cook it in a little butter. I use some chicken powder as the seasoning

If you want fiber and protein you can eat granola on top of greek yogurt to mix things up. It takes a lot less time and you get the same benefits.
