I can't roast a whole duck for shit. : (
I always have to break the fuckers down and roast them in parts, starting off in a pan on the hob, otherwise, I'll get sad, saggy, soggy skin.

Duck has a thicc fat cap which tastes godly and gives you free cooking fat.
